Since 1999, the conference on Mining, Metallurgy and Geology gives the possibility for professional growth and inspiration to Hungarian speaking scholars of these disciplines. This conference is organized to provide opportunities for scientists and professionals from Romania and abroad to meet, discuss and debate current research issues and tendencies. Numerous affiliated organizations and collaborators from abroad participate every year at this event, fostering international cooperation and facilitating information exchange.
